Learn how the 1883 Bank Barn and steeply sloping site facilitate the gravity fed wine making process. Learn how machinery and equipment are used as grapes are harvested and de-stemmed, juice fermented, and wine bottled. Guided walk through the vineyards, identification and characteristics of the 6 varieties of vinifera and 4 hybrid grapes. Tour includes a visit to the cellar and a wine tasting in the wine shop.
